Eva Goes Clubbing!

Good for her! Time to get back out there and have fun again!
While she was married, Eva Longoria wasn't much of a party girl. You'd rarely see her stumbling out of a Hollywood club and partying until the wee hours of the morning.
But she's a single lady now! Time to play!
Eva was spotted coming out [...]

kumari-fulbright-mug-shot.jpg

Former beauty queen and University of Arizona law school student Kumari Fulbright was sentenced on Thursday to two years in prison and six years probation.

She pled guilty last year to conspiracy to commit kidnapping and aggravated assault after orchestrating the kidnapping and torturing of her ex-boyfriend. WTF?!

Her ex told police that Fulbright, along with three men, tied him up, robbed, tortured him and held him captive.

She was named named Miss Pima County in 2005 and Miss Desert Sun in 2006 and competed in the Miss Arizona contest.

Yikes!

History of the Greatest Bands of the 20th Century The Beatles Part 1

I confess I had no idea the Black Eyed Peas were even working on an album, even though they announced a new album in June, until I read Will.i.am's interview with Billboard. But combined with news that Black Eyed Peas will be performing on the Super Bowl XLV halftime show and plan a world stadium tour, for which they already tested stadiums in South America, in 2011, it kind of falls in place - let's do an album!

Ways to Make Your Own Musical Wind Chimes

Dance and music have an intimate relationship. They are actually inseparable, like twins. Dancing is dependent upon music, which is its foundation. To dance without music is like eating a delicious slice of hot apple pie without being able to sense its taste or aroma. Both are from the same family of performing arts. Musical aesthetics create another form of aesthetics known as dance.

After a pretty bizzy weekend, I decided to chill out at home and keep things nice and quiet … so it was the perfect time to rock out to the 3 best Nine Inch Nails albums of all time. I’ve been fortunate to find vinyl copies of The Downward Spiral, The Fragile and Year Zero and last night was my time to listen to them all in full, in sequence.

Without a doubt, NIN is my all time fave band of all time. Listening to these masterpiece albums on vinyl just reminded me of the genius of Nine Inch Nails. I have never listened to these albums in order on vinyl before and it was truly fantastic. We are so lucky to have NIN music … and luckier still that Trent Reznor continues to make new music. The Year Zero vinyl is really freakin’ cool … the B side of the second LP is etched with a really cool design. There is no music on this side, just the cool etching. i’m not sure how your Monday night turned out but mine was really fun. If you get the chance, I highly recommend that you listen to NIN on vinyl … it will take your love of the music to a whole other level.

Late yesterday afternoon, David and I met up with our dear friend Gillian and a group of new friends at the Cat and Fiddle Pub in Hollywood to hang out, share stories and break bread together. Altho it was a pretty hot day, we managed to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather in the cool shade. The rest of the day was pretty low key … so it was basically the perfect lazy Summer day.

The Cat & Fiddle Pub is one of the first places I visited on my first visit to LA all those years ago and I always forget what a great place it is. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Unfortch the location isn’t the best which means that parking is a nightmare but I was reminded yesterday how much I love that place :)

As I mentioned, the rest of the day was pretty quiet … David and I just hung out at home. I love how you can literally feel things slowing down as we settle into Summer. This weekend, especially, will be a lazy one … the 4th of July holiday weekend should be a fun, quiet 4 days. I hope all y’all have a fun weekend! Enjoy it!! Happy Friday!

Arts and Entertainment from EzineArticles.com

Purchasing art materials can be hard if you are an aspiring artist because there are so many products to choose from. There are numerous retailers that supply cheap art materials which are ideal for children but not appropriate for aspiring artists who require high calibre products so you must be prepared to research what you need. The cost of an item is not always representative of its quality as sometimes inexpensive paper products can work as well as the more premium priced brands but this not the case for all supplies.

Are We Sitting Comfortably? Then Let Us Play

By the end of the 20th Century inlays are commonly associated with the guitar. Inlaid mother-of-pearl brand names and trademarks adorn the better ones. Custom instruments are decked out with full-length fretboard inlays such as a traditional Vine of Life or a modern Dragon. With inlay more in demand, industrious individuals sought technological solutions to some of the economical challenges of producing it. At the same time innovative inlay designers were revolutionizing the art.
